Building D is a three-story building of approximately 66,000 square feet containing research laboratories and offices, as well as classrooms for the School of Medicine. The building also houses the administrative offices for the Executive Vice President for Health Sciences and Executive Dean of the School of Medicine.
Building D was completed in 1971 and housed the Dental Clinic until the Dental School closed in 1990. It was renamed "Building D" in honor of its former use.
