The Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center is university-owned and managed by Aramark. The ballroom seats 900 for banquets but can also be divided into eight conference rooms, in addition to the six regular conference rooms. The 146-room guest house provides accomodations for alumni, parents, visiting professors, conference attendees and relatives of patients being treated at the hospital.
The Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center is part of the Leavey Center. Construction began in 1984 and the building was dedicated in 1988 as part of the university's yearalong bicentennial celebration.
