The Liaison Office, located in Shanghai, China, plays an important role in deepening the University¿s relations with Fudan University and other Chinese partners, as well as facilitating development of new opportunities for Georgetown faculty and students in China. In addition, the office helps Georgetown alumni, parents, and friends to stay involved in the life of the University and new programs in China.
As part of a continuing commitment to global engagement, Georgetown celebrated the opening of its first liaison office in Shanghai, China in December 2007. Located at the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, the office will enhance scholarly exchange between Georgetown and Fudan, as well as other leading Chinese universities and research centers.
